We make every effort to display our artworks and products as accurately as possible. However:

  • As artworks are handcrafted and printed using fine art processes, slight variations may occur.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only accepted once payment has been processed and you receive confirmation.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes (where applicable).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Limited edition and open edition prints are sold for personal display only. Any reproduction, scanning, photographing or digital replication of purchased artworks is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

We may provide access to third-party tools. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Carla Slabbert is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Carla Slabbert.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Carla Slabbert. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims relating to purchases made through this store.
